This was the worst salon experience we have ever had. My daughter went in with long, beautiful hair that reached the upper part of her elbow. She asked for one inch to be trimmed. Instead, the owner, Cari, cut off around seven inches and added layers so short that she can’t even pull her hair up—something she needs for dance. It was devastating, and my daughter cried the whole way home. On top of that, the owner’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. She openly bad-mouthed another salon owner, both personally and professionally, and even used profanity multiple times during the appointment. After the haircut, my husband called several times requesting a refund, and she never returned a single call. I truly cannot emphasize enough how terrible this experience was. Save yourself the hear

I will be honest, I found a great deal on Groupon and that's what got me in the door today...but the exceptional service and style I received once I arrived will keep me coming back! Elizabeth was my stylist and she was wonderful! I showed her a few pictures to give her an idea and she delivered. I felt so fabulous when I walked out! 😁 Here is the before and after for proof!

Casey is amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t leave her 5 stars if she wasn’t. She’s been my stylist since about the time I came back to Fort Wayne and I couldn’t be happier with the results as well as with her customer service. Would leave 10/5 stars if I could

We had a great time getting our hair done. The ladies offered us coffee or water and made us very comfortable. Johnna is an amazing hair dresser/stylist.

Just left Looks salon and I’m such a happy customer I wish I could give 10 stars!! I’m in town for a wedding and needed a blowout. Casey knocked it out of the park!! She’s such a perfectionist! She couldn’t handle that my bangs weren’t laying right so she cleaned them up and ended up doing a nice job blending my layers. Totally not what I came in for - but she wanted to make sure I looked perfect when I left so she exceeded my expectations! I took her card - I’ll find my way back here for her to do my hair again. Thank you Casey!!! This hair is going to look amazing with my dress and once I have makeup on )
