Awesome experience!! Thank u Tracie for doing my hair today, I was nervous to cut it but u had me relax and at ease. Instead of wanting to make money u cared about the integrity of my blonde hair and told me to give it a rest, did a gloss and cut instead. I’m so so happy.. thanks again , take care God bless!!

Overall, my hair was smooth and shiny when she was done. However, there was a lot wrong. I got a hair color and cut. The color swatch she showed me and the color I requested were nowhere near the final color on my hair. She was also very abrasive, pulling on my hair when drying and digging her nails into my scalp when washing. She also lightened my roots when I specifically said I did not want any lightening. She also used a gloss when I asked for dye (these are different things) and she also stopped multiple times to take phone calls while doing my hair. Here are pictures comparing the color I asked for (red) and the color I got (orange). Would not go back.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Tracie is a joy to be around. She makes you feel at home and is super attentive to all your needs while you are in her care. Possibly the best haircut I've ever had.

I walked into salon 5+ years ago and have been following Tracie since. I love that even after all this time she treats each visit as it were your first. She consults and recommends what to do before doing any work. She knows her stuff and the end product is always fabulous. I highly recommend her and her salon.
