Long Teng SPA Massage

I was very disappointed with my massage and the front desk lady. When I walked in, she was on the phone and just pointed to me where to go. No greeting, no directions; just hand gestures. When I left, she insisted that I need to tip 25% or more. I thought my massage was lacking in every sense. I wanted to tip 10%. She pulled out a hand written paper showing their tipping suggestion. I felt so uncomfortable and upped the tip to 20%. She didn’t look happy, then after swiping my card, she informed me that she charged $1 for using a card. Needless to say, the massage experience turned out to be stressful and a big waste of time and money.

My massage therapist CC was incredible. Not only did she give the best deep tissue massage, she really respects her craft and cares about her customers. She identified that I was probably not sleeping and dealing with anxiety without me needing to say anything, and she catered my massage and gave me advice on how to start healing from the root as well as how to take care of my body. You must come here!

This place is a flipping mad house! No one knows what was going on, and even though there were more staff than customers when we were there, everyone behaved like they were in a hurry. But that didn't stop them from upselling me, so be careful - you might just get a 1.5 hour massage when you actually asked for 1 hour. Regarding the chiropractor sign outside, there's actually no chiropractor there (at least no licensed one). It's 100% Chinese massage. If you ask, they will give some BS excuse on why there's a big chiropractor sign outside. It might have to do with them wanting to take insurance. They actually told me that if I had insurance, the massage will most likely be covered and had me fill out a bunch of forms. The tried to charge my insurance almost $1000! Not surprisingly, it was
