Had an appointment booked, planned my day around it, arrived on time and was told they didn't have anyone to do the massage. I also felt bad that during this discussion there was a client who was just left alone in their room for like 10 minutes, I felt bad their experience was impacted. Totally unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
