I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Mrs.K. explained to her my hair concerns and asked for guidance and recommendations to help with my issues. She suggested for me to come in for a consult to evaluate what was going on. I was able to get to the salon within an hour. I was set up to see Mrs. Lydia! We went over my issues and came up with a plan to get my hair journey back on track! Very knowledgeable, treated me with kindness and respect, and executed the style! Thankyou so much to every staff member that was there today.i really appreciate the kindness shown. Needless to say! I will be back in two weeks!

London Kae is a great salon located in Waldorf, MD. I am a regular customer of Lydia, who has been doing my hair for over a decade. It’s grown to waist length because of her treatments and care of my hair. I love how she’s always willing to tell me what my hair needs and lets me know exactly what to do if I want to try something new. No regrets ever!! There was an incident that occurred on a visit I had to this establishment so I just accepted what had happened and moved on. Knowing that this wouldn’t happen again to me. So, I posted a review of how I felt about what had occurred on that day. The next day, The Owner did call to address the incident and also, as a Business Owner did correct the incident. I feel it Only, right that I too correct my response to the incident. Now, I would now like to speak on the Character of the Owner. My first experience at this salon was not the best. The owner reached out to me and I received a complientary finger coil. She told me which products to use to acheive the style on my own as well as other advice such as deep conditioning treatments for colored hair so it doesn't become too dry. I appreciate Ms.Lakresha making up for my initital experience and providing a style and some guidance on how to wear my curly hair.
