They literally quoted me one price over the phone, made my braids 6 inches longer, but tried to upcharge me for more hair for my large knotless braids. They didn’t mention about an up charge until my hair was finished. Even while the owner came in mid way to look at my hair. I like how my hair turned out but but I definitely won’t be back nor will I refer anyone else here.

Here from out of town visiting with family and needed a quick five cornrows w/hair and four small ones. I did a walk in and although they were busy working on other heads, they promptly started mine. I didn’t get her name but she was nice and very professional. Everyone else in the shop was as well. I got exactly what I asked for (showed a pic) and was walking out a happy customer an hour later. I received several compliments about the very simple style. It was overall a good experience with great service, which is rare these days. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you ladies

I used the online booking that was fast and easy! When I was about 5 minutes away I received a call and the ladies wanted to know what color hair I wanted so they could pull the hair but when I explained I wanted a candy cane peek-a-boo only on one side (lol) they said we have all types of colors and we will just let you look at them and pick when you come in. When I got there, they showed me a ton of colors to pick from and got started right away on my waist length knotless with a candy cane peek-a-boo, and I love the end results. I probably will stick to box braids in the future because of the shape of my head (I think they probably thought so too cause she asked me a couple of times, box or knotless 😆 🤣). Love the hair!

Update Owner contact me was very polite and apologetic, asked me to come back to fix it. I came back got it redone. They were nice enough to throughly was the last stuff out of my hair and got me square away.
