Kelsey was amazing, i went to get a hair cut after 9 months. I usually struggle with letting the stylist know what i actually want and I end up not being happy with the results. She was great making me comfortable and asking me questions to better understand what i wanted and made sure the results were what i wanted. Ill go see her for color next time

Do not see Ava if you want strong vivids or any sort of communication about your hair. I booked with Ava because she's one of the only stylists in town who markets a vivid service. As a new client, I made a mistake in the booking process and instead of telling me I made a mistake and helping me book the right service for what I wanted to receive, Ava massively messed up my hair, did not communicate anything about pricing, and took over 2 hours longer than I expected. She even had to push back her next appointment because she took too long on my hair. I ended up being charged over double what I expected and had the budget for. They ruined my daughter’s hair and argued that it was fine! The owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. We went there for an all over color and left with two tones and spent $240. Very disappointing.

Ava is absolutely AMAZING! She did exactly what I asked for and even more she is the absolute best and is the sweetest woman ive meet. DEFINITELY would recommend going to Loft salon & spa!!!!!!!! 100000/10 recommend!!!!!!!

I had an appointment (puralux smoothing treatment) with Abby yesterday, she was amazing and very accommodating. I wear a hijab and she was very respectful and gave me private room and helped with the booking process best days/ times for more privacy. I really appreciate her effort and my hair I feels amazing. I can’t wait to see her again soon!
