My appt on August 14. Color and cut. First picture in pink is After my appt when I came home ( in pink ) .My hair is chopped. It looks terrible !!! It is uneven . The picture on the right is the same photo I have shown the stylist to show her that I want my hair the same exact way each visit as a reminder. ( the picture on the right is what my hair normally looks like .) This was the worst experience I have ever had. My hair is chopped. Looks awful. Extremely Disappointed

Brooke did a phenomenal job on my hair. There was a lot to cut off and she made me look younger. Relaxed environment, she is a sweetheart and an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much for a great experience, I will definitely be back for a cut and color in a few months! ❤️

Great service but make sure you ask for address confirmation when you book. I called the Mariner location to book and showed up to my appt to find that their phones ring at each other's location and I was booked for commercial way location. (Something they should consider adding to the booking confirmation, in my opinion.)

If I could give negative stars, I would.. I came her about 10 days ago ago to get a bad haircut fixed. It wasn't so bad that it couldn't be fixed. It just needed to be reshaped and have some layering added in. I have curly thick hair, so I wanted some definition back into my curls bc it was just a little limp and all heavy at the bottom. I asked for a simple corrective haircut and Yzabella chopped away at my hair an insane amount. I am not pleased AT ALL. Idk what she was thinking when she chopped several pieces right on my scalp. I also cut hair, myself. But I hate having to cut my own hair..it's not as simple when your eyes are on the front of your head and trying to cut the back can be tricky. Brittany was AMAZING!! My daughter received her first hair cut from Brittany and it was perfect. Brittany is wonderful with kids - it was so refreshing to see a stylist who didn’t view a talkative four year old as a burden. She interacted with her the whole time, it was very sweet. Brittany also did an amazing job on my haircut - exactly what I asked for!
