I’m very disappointed with the quality of service I received. l asked Octavia my loc specialist if I needed a trim and she insisted I didn’t. 8 hours later and my microlocs look like they already unraveling . I am aware I have heat damage on the ends but that’s where her professional opinion should come into play— I got little to no advice on how to maintain my hair until my next appointment. Also the spot was is in a dark basement looking depressing. I wish I would’ve paid a little more to go to a more polished environment. Whoever I was texting was probably the manager who was unhelpful when it came to rectifying the situation.

Devoney was truly amazing! She was so gentle and caring, and she made my loc journey such a positive experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her clients. I’m beyond happy with my results and will definitely be back

Someone responded immediately with a pleasant and professional attitude. I later learned it was the owner of this wonderful establishment. My stylist, Octavia, was incredible from start to finish. During my wash and treatment, she explained every product she used and even apologized several times for the products being cold—though I actually found it soothing! She was attentive, engaging, and gave me great recommendations for maintaining my locs. I absolutely loved my curls, and it was clear that Octavia not only excels as a stylist but also truly cares about the health of her clients’ locs. I’ll definitely be returning!

I am very particular about my hair and where I receive service. The shop is very modern and clean. Krystina Monet the owner is my stylist and she is great! Her service is exceptional and the attention she gives her clients is definitely the best I've had. She also sells her own products which are affordable, natural, very healthy for your hair and smell awesome.
