Octavia installed my microlocs and did an amazing job. I have been going to her for my reties and she is always done within 3 hours.

The ladies at this Salon is very nice. This place is clean and friendly. Yesterday was my first time coming here. Ms. Marie was very nice and she handled my hair with care. I really appreciate her for being gentle with my head and for seeing me. She did amazing job to my dreads. I look forward to seeing her again!

My daughter was pleased with her starter locs. We made the appointment online on a Thursday or Friday for Sunday and the appointment was confirmed on Saturday night. A $53 deposit was required. We were 17 minutes late and we had to pay $25 late fee...so be on time. The total cost was $175.

i thought i found the perfect loc salon! the stylists are talented and the customer service IN the salon is amazing! I booked online “small 2 strand twists” and the price stated $150. Before i arrived at the appointment, i texted the number of the salon and asked are the prices online accurate. They told me “Yes, all prices online are accurate.” I booked with Victoria. As Victoria was doing my hair, we conversed about how this salon caught my eye because other places were charging $200 for small twists and this one was charging $150. I began to scroll through the instagram page of the salon and I showed her a picture of some twists she did about a month back and commended her on her work. My name is Stefany I had an appointment. Sat for March 14 by appointment only which was perfectly fine which was a almost 30 dollar deposit that is non refundable. On the website site it stares if needed reschedule appointment call to do so with specialist. As I began to reach out to the St Charles location the phone clerk so so rude not understanding and should never answer another phone for any business. So not only can I not reschedule but I would gave to make another appointment with another DEPOSIT.
