Mixed feelings about my first visit here. Huge shoutout to the crew for taking me in at 6:17 PM even though they actually close at 6 (Google said 7!) They were a little iffy at first, but I appreciated them fitting me in. My stylist Jasmine was wonderful. The re-twist was good and wasn't too tight, plus the free Wednesday basic style was a nice touch. However, I was pretty disappointed with the "detox." I’ve been locked for 5 years and specifically went in to get lint picked out. There was no picking or manual removal at all, so I felt like I was overcharged for a detox when I really just got a regular shampoo and re-twist. I will never go back! The services starts at $150. I brought my boyfriend with me and the stylist that did his hair (Tasha) complained the entire time about his hair. She made him move his chair multiple times and she was vaping over his head. She did his re-twist so tight that he has bumps and blisters in his head. At the end of this terrible service, she DEMANDED a tip from my boyfriend and I. I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did for our hair so asking for a tip really made me feel uncomfortable.

Jasmine was my stylist, and she was fast, fun, and very friendly. Mrs. Jackie was extremely hospitable, and I loved the overall vibe of the salon. Wash and condition were included in the service, which was a great bonus. I’ll definitely be back.

I would like to say that Nae is a great stylist. My son has interlocks and she did a great job. She is a very patient person. My son is very tender headed and she worked through it all. I would highly recommend her if you have kids. I'll be definitely booking her for now on for both my kids. Nae is doing a great job and is definitely a great asset to the team.
