I had an appointment today at 12 pm. I was there on time. Aaliyah wasn’t at the shop. I called her …she tells me she’s at a doctors appointment and she’ll be there at 1 pm . I told her on the phone this is unacceptable and she should’ve texted me to give me an update. She apologized to me and said she’d be there at 1 pm , then when I said an entire hour … she then changed the time to 12:30 pm. It’s not the first time she’s been late,,, however the other times when she was , she sent me a text informing me she’d be late after I mentioned for her to do so. I waited till 1:30 pm . I left! I’m understanding of lots of things…. However these days it’s simple- shoot me and your other customers ( there was another customer waiting as well who had 12 pm appointment… he left) a text if anyth

Having resided in the area for an extended period, I have frequently passed this establishment. Notably, the hairstylist, AALIYAH, consistently met my expectations. Not only did they arrive punctually, but they also provided exceptional service to me as a new customer. Their friendly demeanor has made them my preferred hairstylist at the salon.💯💯💯

This shop has great customer service and their stylists were able to provide great shampoo, and conditioning. As well as a combination of excellent twisting braiding and dreadlocks. I will recommend Aaliyah's Locs Studio if you want your hair done the right way. I give them a 5 star review and great customer satisfaction.

My first time coming here and it was a great experience. Aaliyah did a very thorough shampoo, and I could tell the products were top notch. I was a walk in, and still prioritized. Thank you for this, I haven’t been to a shop in YEARS! lol great job Aaliyah! I will be back.
