I went to this salon for small two-strand twist, and it was a complete disaster. The stylist put in very little effort, my twists came out terrible and uneven. I also asked for a trim, but she ended up chopping off a huge amount of my hair with no kind of shape or uniform cut. A major red flag that I ignored at first was that they have you facing a window instead of a mirror, so you can’t even see what’s being done to your hair. I came into the shop with my hair at armpit length and left with it barely touching my chin. To make things worse, the price I was charged didn’t match what was listed on their website. They added an extra charge for the size of the twists I requested, but that upcharge wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their booking site and the twist was all different sizes anyways. N

I did not have such a good experience with them today I was supposed to get my hair done at 1:00, I called and told them I was going to be like 2 minutes late, My stylist had a client before me that she wasn't finished with she said she got a little bit behind and coloring her hair and she wouldn't be able to get to me to an hour or more later. I have a very tight schedule that's why I scheduled for my hair to get done at that time I have a 3-month-old in daycare that I had to pick up on time she's a breastfed baby and I could not change my schedule around because the stylist got behind. I thought it was very unprofessional not to tell me over the phone when I called that she was at hour behind because she was coloring the client before me's hair, what really upset me is that they called m

I called at 9:30a.m and asked if I could walk in today for a retwist, wash and style. Let me first start with the young lady that answered the phone top notch customer service!! Got there early and was able to just take in the atmosphere which was awesome. My stylist for today was Song. She is a 10/10. Absolutely enjoyed my experience and my hair is beautiful. Thank you again for making my first visit 1 of many to come. 6 week re twist already booked...

I had a warm welcome experience there had my locks washed and styled and the service is excellent. Well worth every penny.

UNPROFESSIONAL…… DISHONEST…. NASTY…….DISRESPECTFUL….BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I started my loc journey a year ago. I would return to the salon initially every 4 weeks and then 6 weeksfor maintenance. I was ready to color for my hair and I discussed same with my loctician. At my next appointment we proceeded with coloring my locs. I provided the loctician with two pictures as examples of the color I wanted for my hair. She discussed same with the owner- Michelle and was advised what product to use for the coloring process. The loctician proceeded with applying bleach to my hair and then I sat under the dryer for 20 minutes.
