Normally I have a great experience when I get my nails done here. Today I went in for a dip, they did squeeze me in as it is Thanksgiving tomorrow, although it was not busy when I got there. The nail tech I received did not do a good job at all, honestly it's terrible and I feel like I could've done a better manicure myself at home. There is paint all over my fingers, in the nail beds and underneath my nail. I had to get one nail tip glued on because my nail was shorter than the rest and it has a giant gap underneath the nail and it's not even glued down all the way. It seemed like she was in a big rush to get my nails done. I wish they would've just been honest with me if they didn't have time to get me in today than to just slap me together and send me on my way. The quality is a 0/5 for

Did a full set of nails. Very uneven, very mishaped and the polish job was terrible. OK for pedicures, do not recommend for finger tips. Showed "manager" did not make one attempt to make it right.

Went to get nail set done along with pedicure for my upcoming cruise. Beautifully done

They use high quality products so my dip powder manicure holds up 4 weeks between appointments with no problem. Anna is an amazing nail technician! She is very detailed, patient, has great design ideas and always make my nails look absolute best.
