Desiree is my barber that I’ve been using for a while now and does such a great job. Attention to detail and even when I’m not sure how short to go or style she always walks me through it and I’ve never been disappointed. I trust her cutting so much I don’t even check my hair after cause I know it’s perfection. I’ll never go to another barber.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, however, I have recently experienced unacceptable service. On multiple occasions at the i10 location, I have been bypassed in the queue and served after customers who arrived later. This is concerning and I will not be returning.
