I had a great experience at Lock 31! The salon itself is very welcoming. Taylor was my stylist and I really enjoyed her service as well as her personality. The wash, cut and blow dry was well priced. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️💇‍♀️💆‍♀️

If you call as a return customer or a new one, they answer as if you are burdening them and they are not nice. They don’t want to take on more clients and won’t even try to accommodate. Disappointing. They should make it clear on their Google profile so new or return customers outside their regulars don’t even try to contact them.
