L'Occitane en Provence

On a river cruise through Portugal a couple of years ago, my wife discovered L'Occitane Shea Shower Cream and Rich Body Lotion. Turns out, these products are standard on AmaWaterways' AmaDouro ship! For me, this set has become a go-to gift. Understanding my recent purchase was to commemorate the anniversary of our engagement, Store Advisor Crystal took great care to ensure my gift was nice to look at...and even nicer to open. That's Five-Star products complemented by Five-Star service!

Love there lotion and soaps here use the shampoo and conditioner too. It smells so good. Customer service is great. Have always been nice. I love at Christmas time when they have the Advent calendar and each day you get to open something different .

When I go to this store it is always empty and the only employee is manager. I went here 1/23 and the manager declined to accept my receipt with 2 store wrapped items from XMAS bought in December. No refund and issued a paper receipt that I must use only in store. Needless to say this will not happen again, I will spend elsewhere. Next door Lush always stands behind their products. Another nearby store Aveda does not play this game provides great Customer Service.

The products are fabulous and the associates are very knowledgeable about their products. The associates are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store.
