The manager failed to mention that there was a gift with a $135 purchase. Yet, another employee came by and mentioned it. Then the manager refused to wrap the gifts. We bought 5 gift boxes. The manager stated that L’Octane didn’t do that for years! Which isn’t true. Then, she stated she was busy and didn’t have time. Finally, she stated she’d gives us the paper to do it somewhere else?

Im a regular customer of loccitane I love there products though last week on Saturday December 19 while paying I asked if they package items the lady told me no and when I asked again she said they do but she won’t because she didn’t have time for me now there wasn’t many people there I also wasn’t asked if I needed help and I did in the past while being there I’ve noted the white workers being rude to they’re employees of color I’m saddened by the way I’ve notice discrimination I’ll unfortunately will be returning my items because it doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth supporting from this location

Exceptional service and products at L'Occitane Washington Square! The team here truly goes above and beyond with their customer service. I was fortunate enough to win one of their raffles over the weekend and received an amazing gift box with shea hand cream, foaming bath liquid, lavender hand cream, ultra rich body cream, eye contour cream, and ProActive youth skincare samples. Special shoutout to Daisy, Layla, and Joanna - they made the experience even more special. The products are incredible, and the team's knowledge and warmth really set this location apart!

The manager was amazing... The free gifts when you spend a certain amount are awesome... I love this product. I can't get it where I live so I was glad to find them while traveling for work. They even shipped some of my purchase home for me.

The hand cream smells and feels amazing! However, there was a coffee left on the counter which I ignored. One of the workers, I believe her name is Layla on my receipt, seemed to be keeping an eye on myself and my friend as we were looking. When I went to checkout, she told me to “not forget my coffee.” I told her it wasn’t mine or my friends. She just looked at me and said “Oh. Okay then,” in a condescending tone. She didn’t apologize and just kept looking at my friend afterwards who was on the phone with her family. My friend and I are women of color but I’m not sure if that had anything to do with how she was with us.
