L'Occitane en Provence

Today I visited the Charlottesville location. I have purchased from Loccitane online and in various stores. I was particularly excited today because they had the Almond scent back and I no longer live next to a store. However, the lady that helped me followed me and looked over my shoulder as if I was a thief. The lady before me had her items wrapped in a box with samples and I had to ask for it to be wrapped up and no samples, which is a typical addition at checkout. I spent over $100 and almost left without it due to her attitude. I’m not sure what she was trying to imply but she was rude and lacked customer service skills.

Had gotten a gift box from here that came damaged (not anyone’s fault), when I went to exchange it the staff was brutish and rude. From the start the blonde clerk was brusque and unhelpful. Service does not match the price of the product.

I found my favorite perfume here 🥰 Very beautiful store. I will be back soon 😉💛

Staff is unpleasant . One staff member sat in a chair the whole time I was there and never attempted to help . The other lady working noticed and attempted to help but overall not a positive experience.

They have all the brand's product categories and test kits. Very good attention and the lady’s was very friendly.
