Love their products and this store always a pleasant shopping experience. Danielle is so helpful and knowledgeable!

Visited on 6/6/25 at 5:30pm. The sales associate was rude. She didn’t even come out from behind her counter. Mumbled “no, we don’t have THAT”. Love loccitane didn’t enjoy experience at this store.

I absolutely adore their hand lotions and specifically only purchase it from this location. The sales agent are helpful, but aren’t pushy and doesn’t try to overwhelm you by pushing products on you which I prefer. The shop is tidy and organized.

It was my impression that they were way too pushy. I love to shop in peace so I am aware that this review maybe a bit harsh (depending on your preferences) but they kept talking to me even though I went straight to the area I wanted and clearly had headphones on.

Bought delicious lip oil and love the product but when I went to use it had to squeeze from the very bottom you know like when the toothpaste runs out. So I went back the next day to get a new one because it appeared used up. The sales associate, using his hand for a scale, decided the weight was correct and would not replace this 19.00 product with proof of receipt including date purchased. So I still really don’t know if I had a used tube but I do know I had poor customer service so that’s it for this brand.
