Beth & Kim were absolutely amazing!! Helped me get exactly what I was looking for and even wrapped it up nicely for me! I will be back just because of their excellent customer service!

Had to share that the lady that works there who is from NJ is so nice and knowledgeable. I was already sold on this brand in general, for years, but I learned so so much more chatting with her! On top of that every day I'm so much happier because Of the deodorant she helped me find! The roll-on verbena deodorant is finally a clean and healthy option that WORKS!!! Lasts through a workday, and isn't toxic (like all the other others that don't work and won't even wash off!!!) Love love love this product. Much healthier choice, and on top of that it's 1000 times more effective! Anyway can't wait to go back and see what else I can learn about L'occitaine products that might solve some problems for me. The Saler are very rude. I usually come here spent no less than $400 each time at other locations. But this location the Saler are very rude and unprofessional.

I came to this location at 7:10pm, but they were closed. The lady inside was ignoring me. The store isn’t supposed to close ahead of the schedule. Very inconsiderate for people that work late hours and can only come past 6 pm.

Wow, really surprised by the difference between how Natick handles their customers vs Burlington. Sandra was a huge help over the phone, thank you for helping me with my return.
