L'Occitane en Provence

Visited the store today to take advantage of their friend and family sale and had a great experience. The sales woman was very friendly and helpful. She also explained what free samples she was giving me, which I appreciated. I'm looking forward to coming back!

I love this product! It's amazing and it actually does what it says it does. The location is very convenient and is right by Ben Bridge Jewelers. Parking is really good at this location too!

Store has downsized and shrunk quite a bit from it's original location in the mall. Customer service was excellent.

I have tried their moisturizers, serums, and masks, and I can confidently say that they deliver on their promises. The textures are luxurious, and the formulas absorb effortlessly into the skin, providing deep hydration and nourishment. The results are visible, with my skin appearing radiant, supple, and rejuvenated after consistent use. I highly recommend using L’Occitane products.

This review is more about service than product. I came to the store to buy some product at 1050. It was closed and locked. No sign on the door giving times. I looked it up on line. It was to open at 1100. By 1130 no one had showed up. I called the phone number listed on the app for this store. It said it’s voice mail box was full. Very frustrating when you’re on a schedule.
