L'Occitane en Provence

I actually like their products but their customer service is horrible! I placed an order that was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son. After 2 weeks with no updates I checked status and found out that the order was cancelled!! without notifying me. When I finally got hold of them the customer service agent said that one of the items was out of stock. So instead of letting me know they just cancelled everything!! And my son didn’t get his birthday present! Very disappointing!!

They have the best butter hand cream. Their soap, skin care, perfume smells soooo good. They have products for men and woman. I love that they gift wrap for free. The staff was very helpful. How beautiful is the gift wrapping.

Went to the store tonight to look around. Always fun to do so. Bought some lotion and some shower oil. "EDWIN" helped us and he was so sweet. He was very knowledgeable as we were asking a lot of questions about certain products. We will definitely go back. The store was well organized and nice and clean.

Afsoun was extremely helpful and kind when I went in for some perfume, I felt special and like it was a luxurious experience. Thank you Afsoun!

Very helpful but not pushy staff. Nicely wrapped my gift. Lots of free samples too.
