L'Occitane en Provence

I really enjoy L'Occitane products so it's been great to have a local store where you can buy their products. The store is in the main building of the mall on the first floor under the food court area which is on the second floor. The storefront is bright and inviting and the salespeople are very helpful. While I love L'Occitane products, I generally do not like stores that have overwhelmingly strong scents, which this store does not have. Makes for a great shopping experience!

Great store with fully-stocked and many items. There are products here that I haven’t seen at other locations. The store manager, Judy, was very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain, suggest, and demonstrate products. Store was also very clean and organized, especially right before Christmas. My cashier, Jeanette, was also friendly. I was offered gift wrapping on my purchases and received samples to try at home. I definitely recommend this store and I will return.

This cosmetic store is very beautifully set up! They have a small section for men located at the back of the store on the right.

I've fallen in love with this store! One day I was casually walking by and something told me to stop...BEST decision ever. The staffer who assisted me was Renee and she was amazing. She was not a pushy salesperson, but helpful when appropriate. I purchased several hand creams and body butters as gifts for others. Also, the Herbae Eau De Parfum for myself. Renee also gave me free samples, coupons and wrapped my gifts. I highly recommend this business if you are looking to treat yourself or give someone else a nice gift. I am thoroughly looking forward to returning.

Whilst I could order things via the internet, visiting the store is the enjoyable and made more so by the friendly and helpful staff at the Southpoint Mall location. Whether shopping for myself or picking up something for my mom, I'm quickly shown what I need, am introduced to something new that might be of interest, am able to enjoy pleasant conversation throughout.
