The saleswoman at this store was playing with her son during working hours, making customers wait for half an hour. I will definitely never go back to this store again. It was the worst shopping experience.

I just went in today because I wanted to try the Fabulous Shea Oil. Erica assisted me and she was gracious enough to tell me about the promotions for V day and sign me up for the loyalty program. I bought something for myself and a gift. I will definitely be back!

I went right in and knew exactly what I wanted. I am used to the store in Lenox and was disappointed to see that it was closed. The products are amazing and I love em. I hate change, that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. The products are amazing and keep me looking youthful!

I had the best experience at this location. Erica was phenomenal! She has a surplus of skincare knowledge. I learned so much about my skin from her. Also, I never purchase fragrance but her colorful description sold me on the Herbae and I absolutely LOVE it! I will be visiting this location again soon!

Went to this store and the lady working acted like she had an attitude and didn’t want to talk to us or even help us. She was so unfriendly and unpleasant and completely ignores me and another person I was with. 2 other people walk in and she suddenly perks up starts giving them all this attention and treated them so nicely and I’m thinking ok why is she being so nice to them and not us?! I honestly feel like she was giving preferential treatment to the other customers over us because perhaps she thought that maybe we weren’t in the store to actually purchase anything.
