I loved my space at LocalWorks. The bathrooms and other facilities were always maintained very well. The water dispenser was a great feature, and I liked my office neighbors. The location can’t be beat, it’s right near the 395/495/95 junction. The management at LocalWorks was always very easy to reach and super helpful. I had to take a break from renting a physical space for my business, but I’d definitely return to LocalWorks if I establish a physical site again. The office suites get scooped up fast, so I’d recommend booking one if you like it!
It served its purpose. Extremely convenient to all the places I needed to go in the area. A little loud every once in a while but nothing I couldn’t handle and the Wi-Fi is not the strongest but overall it was ok. The monthly rate was reasonable. I recommend the building for short term stays.
