Loa's Suites

Excellent venue! Everything was spotless, and the staff was attentive the entire time. The customer service was outstanding, and the welcome guest room was perfect for greeting our guests. Overall, we had a great experience with no complaints. The only thing to note for future reservations is that parking is limited, but on weekends you are allowed to park along the sides of the venue, which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

5/5! Andrea was so communicative and helpful with the whole process booking the venue. Any questions I had, she was very quick responding and getting them answered. The venue was perfect for my fighters 1st birthday! No complaints at all. I will definitely be booking again for future events?

Reserving this venue was easy. Making changes to the reservation was also easy ! Venue was big, I wasn't aware that it had an entry room, which was honestly so perfect as a way to welcome guests. The added kitchenette was also a plus ! The only , ONLY downside was the limited on venue parking that is shared with other suites . But other than that there are 0 complaints ! It was worth the $$$

While the venue was convenient and easy to book, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Right before my baby shower began, the light in the women's restroom went out. I was told someone would be sent to fix it, but no one ever came. We attempted to fix it ourselves to no avail, and I had to get ready in the men's room. Parents and Elderly guests had to wait for the one restroom operating properly and my parents ended up bringing a flashlight so people could use the other bathroom safely. No follow-up, no real apology—just silence until I repeatedly reached out. A month later, I was finally told nothing would be done and that having one functioning restroom was "enough," despite my contract including two. Had my daughter’s baby shower at this Venue and let me tell you it was amazing from booking, location, service, etc. I highly recommend Loa’s Suites for any type of event you are hosting. I will definitely book again.
