What stood out most was the attention to comfort and intentional design. The massage beds were not only adjustable and mobile, but also lined with high-thread-count sheets (not those sticky disposable ones). I had the pleasure of getting a massage by Loretta. I requested a special medical massage at the last minute via a business partner of hers, and it was phenomenal. She has over 15 years of experience, and you can truly see that in her drive, timeliness, compassion, and touch. She not only helped heal my body, but she ministered to my soul. I APPRECIATED THAT MORE THAN ANYONE COULD IMAGINE. She has such a healing spirit and calm demeanor that makes her so warm and welcoming. I love this gift that was bestowed upon her. Now, I believe in self-care. I get a massage once a month. So, having the experience wasn't new to me. I knew what to expect. I went to get a Post-Op lymphatic massage and my experience was nothing short of amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I found the business through groupon because I'm always looking for a good deal or bargin. There were a few options available, but after visiting the websites, comparing locations, and reading reveiws I chose L&N Massage and I am so glad I did. The ambiance, the professionalism, and all around service was top tier. I left feeling much better than when I went and I will be going back for life. The experience is always great here. You have to go! The staff is friendly and nice. The massage is affordable. I have been about 3-4 times within the last two years. I am about to get the monthly membership. You have to treat yourself monthly- More Self Care!

The facility and hospitality was great. However, the massage experience itself wasn’t pleasant for me. I told the therapist that I can’t lay on my back without support since i am pregnant. She mentioned she would give me a pillow to prop me up but never did. I laid on my back for the first half of the massage huffing and puffing because my breathing my restricted. Additionally, the massage was only about 35 mins although I paid for a 50 min massage. I had hoped that she would focus on my areas of discomfort but my neck and shoulders remained untouched. I wouldn’t recommend If you are pregnant because it wasn’t accommodating enough in my opinion. However, if you want to feel relaxed, this may work for you.
