I am requesting a full refund of services. I spoke up for myself 4x stating the work did not look good. I originally arrived for pedicure and full set nails. I notified the acrylic big toes were laid very heavy and did not have a smooth transition from my cuticle. I noticed my toes were filed slanted to the right in the direction the nail tech heads was leaning. And I notified I have full healthy nails there’s no reason why my nails should be filed narrow appearing as chipped. My nail lengths are different sizes. Each time I’m being spoken of in front of my face. It’s okay to be frustrated but that should not be for my to witness as a client. I am just a frustrated. I told the male I am okay with where the work is and I would like to leave. He asked if I would like to reschedule. I

I started going here about 2 months ago. I cant say enough about how amazing my nails came out. I have had 3 different techs and they all did a fantastic job.

Prices for a basic pedicure are reasonable but trying to even find what polish I could pick or nail art was a struggle- perhaps due to language barriers. Nail art consisted of 1 small sheet and few choices (less than 10). The bar for manicures was unusual but while pretty, the pedicure chairs are extremely uncomfortable. The chairs at the drying area are too tall and I couldn’t get my toes under the light. Not planning on returning.

I had an amazing experience while on a mommy daughter date for Galentine’s Day! Everyone was so nice & helpful, the space is clean & it was such an elevated experience. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this salon! May, Steven, & Tina are the best!! Very great work, designs and manicures/full sets are elite! May is amazing and always open to being creative!
