This is a newly opened facility in the area. I made an appointment for a 60 min sports bodywork as I have had recurring hip, low back, and calf issues from running long distances and chasing a 3 year old around. Laura did a great job of listening to the areas I needed the most attention to and giving extra attention to them while also giving a great all over bodywork. I have been to other higher priced places that do not listen and just do their cookie cutter massage. She maximized the hour and I left feeling relaxed, but also with my muscles and body in better condition to continue with my running and daily life. Truly a great place to go! I am glad I found it.
