I’ve been cutting hair for decades. Not professionally, but I’ve been cutting my husbands hair for 12 years and my 5 year old’s since she was born. My son hates getting his hair cut. He’s 2 and he freaks out and fights me every time, and the cut is never “perfect”. He’s getting stronger and his hair is getting thicker so I took him to L&L today. While my son did still freak out, I was shocked at how fast and perfect the haircut was. There’s no way I could’ve done what they did because of how much he fights, but also because I’m not a pro! I held him still in one of the awesome car-chairs they have. The train set was so cool and distracted him some for sure. I am so grateful. I will definitely be taking him there from now on. We decided to come here for our first haircut at a salon (after my three year old had a bad experience and wouldn’t let us get near him to cut his hair). From the moment we walked in my son felt calm and loved the cool chairs! They were all so kind to us and so good with him. They kept him occupied while they cut his hair and he was not scared or nervous at all! So impressed, we will definitely be using them from now on!

I am so disappointed. I would rate the zero stars if this allowed me to do so. Took my son in for a hair cut and showed the lady a picture of how I wanted it cut. She hardly looked at it and just started chopping away at the hair. His hair is shorter than what was asked for and he now was bangs. Didn’t look like a girl with long hair, but he now looks like a little girl. Wish people would listen to their clients instead of passing judgment and telling me boys need to have short hair.

Normally they do a good job but this time I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my son’s hair to be cut and she cut it waaaay too short. I did not like the fact that she did not listen to the hairstyle I requested for him. His haircut was for a very special occasion and they totally messed it up. I’ve never been so disappointed.

My 3 year old twins had a good time! Usually, one of my twins has an especially hard time getting his hair cut, but the lady that assisted us was amazing and kept him occupied! I am so happy I found this place and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!
