I've been going here for a few years now just to get my hair trimmed/cut that's it. I've never had no problem with that. Anyways this last time I went in there to get my hair trimmed and I decided since I was there I need my eyebrows done until I asked the lady if she did threading- eyebrows she said yes took me in to the chair had me close my eyes next thing I know she's throwing hot wax on my left eyebrow when I felt that warmth I freaked out and was like no, I said "threading" not wax! She said oh no I just wax I was like no I don't want that. Anyways I dunno if I pissed her off or what definitely a difference between waxing and threading eyebrows. Needless to say my left eyebrow was pretty much gone completely no joke when wiped wax off with napkin my eyebrow was gone. I haven't went b

Martha does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. She listens to all the details I want and delivers. I drive 30mins just to see her.

Been coming here for at least 25 years for my haircuts. Martha and Mary do a wonderful job and the services are priced very reasonably. I don’t even live in Dallas anymore but will still drive out for haircuts! I don’t trust anyone but them to do my hair

Horrible service!! Made an appointment for my son with “Mari” and when I came in and signed in. Everyone acted like I didn’t even make an appointment until I reminded them about our phone call. Then they were like ahhh but the person I spoke with and make an appointment let. Don’t recommend, they need more structure with appointments and staff names. Don’t waste your time and money here!! I would give it negative stars if I could! Not the first time I have had horrible experience. This business is going in the trash for how horrible it has become over the years

I’d been coming here for a least 10 times, you can write your name on the sign in sheet. They keep seating people down saying they have an appointment. Even after i made an appointment i was still made wait. I understand sometimes clients ahead run late, a haircut or hair dye may take longer than expected. But they don’t communicate anything. I like mary.... but specially the lady across from her chair always has a nasty attitude and acts like us asking for a haircut is too much.When i call to try to make an appointment with mary who is who i like. Whoever answers the phone say she’s not available. Overall i always feel unwelcome and like the ladies there don’t want to do their job other than mary. i see sour face lady overly flirting with men, i guess I’m not her type! I wish i looked hal
