Liz's Hair Care

Liz is an absolute lifesaver. I needed my hair done and I found this place on Google. It was clean. I showed up with my hair a mess after taking out braids. They did a great job washing, trimming, and styling my hair. I will absolutely make this my go to hair salon. My hair feels like silk and it’s so bouncy. I have natural hair so sometimes it can be hard to find a salon that does my hair and does a great job. I feel super lucky to have found Liz and the other staff at her salon!

The quality was absolutely the worst. I cannot believe they think this acceptable and sent someone out their doors looking like this. After paying $260.00 (plus a tip) my daughter left and called me in tears. She is a college student, new to the area and read reviews on-line before selecting this salon. The front is much shorter than the back, the consistency of the braids are uneven (loose, then tight), the parts aren’t straight, they even left her own hair out!!! Fair warning people- the work speaks for itself! UPDATE: I promptly received a telephone call from Christine. She indicated that Liz was not in the salon at the time of my daughter's appointment and did not see the work completed. This was my second time going to Liz's Hair Care. When I walked in I was told at the front desk who would be washing and styling my hair. Both ladies were friendly and gentle and they asked me what I wanted. I liked the atmosphere and I liked seeing the different hair styles on the stylists. It was my first time getting my hair styled in this way and I loved it!

Im fairly regular at Liz’s but was unaware they offered braiding with extensions until recently and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I used to have to wash and de tangle my hair before showing up at my regular braider but to my surprise I could just show up at Liz’s with my twist out and they washed and stretched my hair in preparation for braiding. The best part is this service was included in the price of the braids and very worth it! Shammah did a beautiful job with my knotless braids. I was a few minutes late due to traffic but she used that time to already pull out the braids for a more efficient process. I really appreciated that.
