I went in with zero expectations because it was an affordable Groupon deal, but this nail salon turned one full hour of my life into a nightmare. They clearly treat Groupon customers differently. There is a specific woman assigned only to Groupon clients, and they are only allowed on Saturdays. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, cold, and full of negative energy. She didn’t even say hello — she immediately told me to redeem my Groupon. The entire time, she kept scolding me: “don’t move your foot,” “put this here,” “don’t do that.” I accidentally dropped the color chart, and the look she gave me was absolutely humiliating. I have been going to Liza’s for almost 9 years. Liza and her team are dedicated professionals who go out their way to ensure you are happy when you leave. They remember things you talk to them about and always make sure to make you feel like your part of their family. And that’s just them as people ! The quality of their work is TOP NOTCH! Never rushed and always exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Liz and your amazing team for not only always giving me perfect nails.. but for treating me as one of the family! Excellent service! I got my hair cut, and Emily gave me great tips on how to care for my hair. I loved the haircut, and the French manicure they did was also fantastic. I highly recommend both services.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Liza’s nail salon. This was ,hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Liza , herself was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She acted like doing my nails was a burden She huffed , puffed , and made it painfully obvious she didn’t want to be there. She completely ignored my request and when I calmly tried to ask a question, she walked away without a word- just left me sitting there. This wasn’t just bad service, it was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Save your time , money and dignity. Go literally anywhere else.

Came on here exactly 6 weeks after my appointment just to show that my gel pedicure is still in perfect condition. No chips, growth is not bad at all for 6 weeks!!! & the color still looks great. I am in shock at how well this pedicure is holding up & felt the need to rave a little bit 🙂🙂
