Liz Nails & Spa

I have never been impressed with the work here. I haven't been in a couple years and tried to give them the benefit because it's been awhile. Today they let me walk in and did my nails. I asked for nude nails and they did not give me that. They left my hands a mess and my nails are badly shapen. I have a mental health disorder that prevents me from speaking up for myself so I just will not be going back. Because idk what to even do.

The female techs are friendly and good at their services. The male technician is brusk and rude, and did not do a complete manicure. I've had him as a nail tech a couple times. I do not like his demeanor. I will not be returning.

I came in this morning to get my nails done. Peter told me to come on back. He takes all the Polish off. Getting ready to start the acrylic and he tells me my appointment just showed up. You're going to have to wait until I'm done with my appointment. His appointment was late getting there so I had to get up go to the front. Look like a fool so she could sit down and get her nails done. It is not my problem that his client was late. I get it. Things happen but the way I was treated was very unprofessional. I called. Only leaving 1 star because I had to. It’s been awhile since we have been in so I thought I’d take my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure before kindergarten started. I was rushed in to wash my hands ( no wait btw) , I was asked by 4 different people what we wanted done. My daughter feet were soaking for at least 45 mins while mine was getting done (by a very non personable tech) . Then when my daughters pedicure was finally over , my lady who was doing my nails and the one who did my daughters just up and left without even finishing polishing my daughters nails like expressed 4 different times. So we sat around and waited another 30 mins for them to paint her nails instead of just finishing one and moving on to the next. Mind you I asked for a manicure for her and they just quickly p

I went today and got a simple pedicure and manicure. It's looks like my daughter did it a week ago. The woman doing it was obviously having a bad day and in a rush. I spent $72 and will never again.
