Liz Moffat Massage

I've been to see Liz multiple times and I cannot express just how good she is! Liz is always in tune to her clients needs. I can be a little awkward if I'm not completely comfortable with people in general, let alone a massage therapist. Liz made me feel at home and safe and I can't wait for my next appointment!

I trust Liz implicitly with this work, and that’s saying a lot! Today we did her Reflexology protocol, and I had the chance to truly connect with my feet in a way I never have before. Liz creates such a grounded, safe space that I can relax deeply and actually feel the shifts happening in my body. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned. Can’t say enough great things about Liz’s massage technique. She has so much experience working in the resort industry. As such, she can work miracles with athletes or regular people like me! Can’t wait to see her again!!!
