Liz is a very talented massage therapist with specific expertise in lymphatic drainage massage and other modalities. Her technique is gentle but very effective in restoring the body’s natural balance/ processes. Her technique is relaxing as well as effective and health-restoring. She is also a joy to spend time with! I’m booking a package of massages with her. She’s awesome!

I truly appreciated how gentle and attentive Liz was throughout the entire session, especially considering that I’m still in the process of recovering from my surgery. She was incredibly mindful of my comfort level, checking in regularly and adjusting her pressure with such care. Her thoughtful, patient approach made me feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely well cared for, and it allowed me to fully trust the process and enjoy the experience.
