Only putting one star because of had to. It deserves ZERO! Especially if you take kids. They don't listen to or take children seriously. My daughter went for a hair cut and was told she would like having what she asked for and instead got a cut that brought her to tears. When called to talk to owner about it she blamed my daughter for having too much anxiety, said there was nothing she could do for me and hung up.

Ann from Livonia Salon gives a great haircut! I came back for the third time and brought my husband for a cut. I drove all the way from West Bloomfield after seeing how fantastic my friend’s haircut looked. Ann really listens to what you want and does just what you asked for. After going to higher priced salons in my area I decided it was worth the drive because I like my hair better when I leave Livonia Salon.

HIGHLY recommend Ann to do anyone's hair (male and female, young or older). She is excellent in all of the skills of a beautician. Very difficult to find someone so skIlled. Never have had a bad hair cut from Ann. Colors hair to perfection. She uses all organic products. Prices are beyond reasonable. Have gone to Ann when she worked under a different management and so happy she accomplished her goal of owning her own shop. Try her, you will not regret it.

Ann is a perfectionist doing hair.I am very pleased with her.I've been going to her for years. She does great with Men, and Women and Children.Doing their hair.

Thought I would give this place a second chance but I'm sorry I did. Haircut was horrible, cut to be part in only one spot? That's not how you cut hair. Cut is uneven, no layers which I asked for, going elsewhere today to get it fixed. Atmosphere in salon is not professional at all.
