Living with years of grief and trauma, I talked to Annette to see what service would be best for me. She recommended Craniosacral Therapy/Somatic Emotional Release. I have never heard of this before but trusted her recommendation. She walked me through step by step, explained what was happening to my body, mind and spirit. What a freeing experience. If you have been living with any kind of trauma in your life and for me it's been for 60 years, I would highly recommend having a conversation with Annette.

Just had the most delicious massage from Charlene. It's a drizzly day, so it was a pleasure to melt into the warm massage bed. As always, she worked out all my knots, both the ones I knew about and many I didn't. Already looking forward to my next time.
