Livery Nails

About an hour through my nails were looking great and i liked the design and then the person doing my nails started filing and buffing the acrylic for 45 mins and at one point i asked why she was making the nail more rough and grainy before the top coat and she said it wouldn’t show through. It completely showed through and looks like my nails are all scratched underneath. there was also leftover black acrylic residue on my cuticles and i asked if she could take it off and she said it would wash off when i washed my hands. I’ve washed them 5 times and it hasn’t come off in the slightest. The people were nice but the service was not worth $70. Super disappointed won’t be going back

Treated extremely rough by Mary. I was in pain for over a week. Impersonal,felt like a piece of meat.good work but will try a different technician to give them a second chance
