I used to love coming here but now it’s under new ownership and whoever it was (a female) that took care of my mom - was condescending and charged her $65 for uv gel with plain gel polish. That’s not the price before. Next time we will discuss price before getting the service. How much are YOU charged? Mom witnessed a disrespectful encounter before she was attended. The same female tore up the loyalty ‘punch card’ when someone tried to claim a free manicure.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We both were extremely please with them but have a few issues. We were surprised the Gel was $15 extra for each. We thought it was $10 each. We did not see a sign anywhere stating the cost. The second issue is only one of us got the heated stones and we asked for the same package. After we left we figured it out. My daughter finished ahead of me. Maybe I did not get the heatstones because my person tried to move me through faster(?) or she just forgot. The third issue is we wish we could have soacked our feet a bit longer. But all in all we both enjoyed the pedicure and will be back. The people are very nice there.

Liverpool Nails and Spa will always be my go to place since my coworkers told me about them. I've been getting so many compliments on these nails! Thank you Bunny and Charlie!

I must say visit this place for regular pedicure, very talented employees and hard working. The management is very friendly and do a lot even with regular pedicure. My wife always go here and if she is happy then they are providing great service. There are less expensive than the other competitors around them on the same road. They have almost 10 pedicure chairs and can take 10 at a time. Very productive and busy place so make sure you call and schedule ahead of time ( which we did ) and went right in. Highly recommended and enjoy 😇

Worst experience ever! I have never seen a French pedicure with practically no white line! It looks absolutely awful and so unprofessional . I paid in cash and didn’t even get the discount. I have been going here for years and I will never ever step foot in this salon again. This experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Be sure you know what you’re asking for and that they give you the discount. The gentleman that runs the front counter is extremely rude so if I could give zero stars, I would .
