Candace Hopf at Lived is hands-down the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She is a great listener and understands exactly what I’m looking for, yet she’s incredibly quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. ​The salon itself is beautiful and located in a great spot, and the entire styling team is so friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else—I just love this place!

I have been going to Candace for sometime now and I was so happy for her to see her hard work pay off to open her own Salon. She is such an incredible hairdresser and mentor to those looking to learn. She listens to her clients and there wants for their hair and I never leave disappointed! I highly recommend anyone to go to her. She even now cuts my husbands hair and believe it or not, he is pickier than I am and he loves her too!

I moved to the area two years ago and have been looking for a hairstyle to fix my bad balayage job from a previous stylist. Karen’s hair is GORGEOUS so I thought she would be up for the task and sure enough, she not only fixed the hair discoloration and botched job but she’s created my absolute favorite balayage look. I have found the ONE and will be back for touch ups, haircuts and conditioning treatments over and over again.

Have been looking for a new stylist for a while who is considerate of my graying and thinning hair and Candace did a fantastic job! Went in for color, cut, and style and she really knew how to pick a color and cut that complimented my skin tone and face.
