I had gotten a mixed full set with desi last week, the same day my lashes were coming out falling out hour by hour she had very sloppy work I messaged and took pictures. I should have gotten a refund!!!! All they offered was a free touch up and then when I said a touch up isn’t gonna fix it they considered offering a free full set I spent 160$ with tip

Mixed fill on Friday, photo from this is Saturday evening/ sent to salon Sunday morning. Additionally a lash extension was glued to my eyelid and cause bleeding when it finally stopped tugging and hurting. Look outside of the rest of the review, the amount of loss, aka poor retention and pain caused are both unacceptable. Ive tried livbay lash three times and lashes barely last one week. I have gotten lash extensions for years and this is only place it happens, something is wrong with glue?? The ladies doing the lash extensions are very nice. For amount they charge these lashes should last longer than 5 or six days. The first day after the extensions, the lashes were falling out in clumps. I like the convenience of this place, but falling out lashes are worth money your pay.

Great experience. First time there. They try to buy you a membership. Too much pushing in sales for me. If it works why should I buy a membership at the first time? I like to see and feel how it works in my body first. Hard to say if it is really different. The feeling they said after 48 wasn't here, but that me be connected to the migraine the next day. The migraine does not come from the IV, that was the alcohol and I have that often. We will wait some days and then decide for the next treatment.
