Interior design needs some love, the floors throughout the space and in the cold plunge room look like the inside of an abandoned building. The cold plunge itself is very cold (which is great) but size wise kinda small, you won’t be stretching your legs out while sitting unless you’re 5’5” or shorter, I’m 5’10”. The shower didn’t function properly which made it difficult to take a shower. They give you one towel but if you decide to come here I suggest you bring your own, plus some slides for your feet. I can’t speak to the sauna experience because I didn’t want to try it. The guy at the front desk was friendly.

Lovely space! Clean and great hours. Highly recommend for cold plunge & sauna. Easy metered parking all around.

I was really excited to try this sauna and cold plunge facility, and the peaceful vibe and kind staff were a great start. It’s a lovely concept with a lot of potential for true relaxation and recovery. That said, there are a few things I wish I had known in advance. The sauna and cold plunge are in separate rooms and can’t be used consecutively, which breaks up the flow and makes it hard to build momentum with contrast therapy. You’re required to shower before the cold plunge. The facilities themselves are on the smaller side and could use some attention. The shower was not particularly clean, and there were no slides or robe options. Wow…I have been coming now to LIV since last summer and have been incredibly pleased with the results of regular Sauna and cold plunge each week. It is now almost June coming up on a year…I truly sleep better, have lost around an inch in my waist, and my skin/pores/hair have really benefited as well. This business is family run and it shows…lots of attention to all of us to make sure we are happy and taken care of. Run..don’t walk to LIV Sauna..the best “Bake and Shake” in Los Angeles!

The best affordable luxury to hit WEHO! This place is epic, the staff is incredible and the benefits of hot to cold immersion are amazing. A must go for all those seeking no fuss recovery.
