Victor is one of the best hairstylist I know!! He’s been cutting my hair for the past 30 years on and off,and the only reason for that is I live a little bit far! But for now on I will definitely make sure that he will be the only one to cut my hair. I’ve been to so many other places where I live and it’s amazing how easily they can screw up your hair
