I went here for a haircut a few weeks ago and honestly, I don't know what happened. Maybe the stylist forgot what my reference picture looked like, but I left with a completely different hair cut then what I asked for. I could tell that she was cutting shorter than I asked, which was fine, my hair grows pretty fast, but there are so many random short pieces and disconnected layers. She also gave me baby bangs instead of curtain bangs, and even those aren't cut straight. I probably would not have paid if I had realized how bad the back was, but when I left I thought it was just the bangs and overall length. I have been getting my hair done here for years and I have never had a bad experience. This was the first salon that was willing to give me (girl) an undercut without any judgement. The staff is the most friendly and accepting people I’ve ever talked to. They are so knowledgeable and help me create every half baked idea I have for a new style, color blend, or vibe. Not to mention the decor is the best and they have an area for new hair photo ops.
