Lynette is a doll and gave me exactly what I asked for. It's looks so good! I love it!

Went in specifically telling ARIELLA to leave length in front AND showed her a picture. Said several times *Do NOT cut front." She grabbed the right front and quickly cut at an angle from my shoulder to my eyebrow and chirped "Do you like it?" I cursed horribly, but then stupidly felt bad First pic was going in. Second pic was a year later. The color was nor her. That changes. Anyway, I still cannot pull it back. The growout process is horrible and it has been two years. Never an apology, tho I finally spoke with an owner (who was wonderful). Otherwise wonderful salon and stylists, but steer clear of ARIELLA. PS-Adding this later. Out of desperation I got hair extensions on July 8. Thanks ARIELLA, for costing me just shy of $1,000. Anyway, kudos to Mariah at Meraki in The Dalles, OR. My h
