Little Munchkins

We had an amazing experience bringing our almost 3-year-old son in for his very first haircut. Lucy was incredibly professional, patient, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. We were honestly blown away—our son didn’t cry at all and actually enjoyed the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut. Highly recommend this salon, and especially Lucy. Her patience and kindness had him laughing and smiling the whole time. The salon is adorable and designed with kids in mind. I had a very disappointing experience. My son was crying a lot before the appointment, so I called ahead to let them know we might be a little late. They told me it was not a problem and to come anyway. When I was almost at the door of the salon, they called me and canceled the appointment. I explained that I had already arrived, but they said it didn’t matter and that they would not cut his hair. The attitude on the phone was also very rude. As a parent, it’s already stressful bringing a small child for a haircut, and this situation made it even worse. I hope they improve how they treat their customers.

It was our first time here and had a wonderful experience. They were great cutting my daughter's hair. We had a 4pm appointment but we arrived early and they were able to accommodate us.

Such a cute place to take the kids for a haircut. Hairstylists were friendly and professional. Will be back!
