Three stars, and only because of Devon (otherwise zero). She is always so polite, well spoken, and quite the conversationalist. This makes the haircut process not only easy but also less intimidating. I mean, the place is called Little Mermaid, so you can see how it can offset or intimidate male clientele into not feeling comfortable in the establishment. The only complaint I have is that they need to get a card machine soon, and I mean ASAP. Not taking cards in 2024? Seriously, what kind of backwards business model is this? There are no signs stating that cards are not accepted either. So I had to run to the ATM next door and then run back with payment, only to have the owner give me the dirtiest look possible for having to do so. This would not be a problem if you had a card machine. I
