Lisa's Nails

They are very old school and have old nail polish. I asked the nail artist for a design she said she could . Once we started she clearly couldn’t do it and didn’t want to tell me but she messed up every attempt . I told her to just do French which was not clean either . She messed up after several attempts and as I got frustrated she told me I could come back to fix it . I paid and left . The same night the paint was chipping and kept doing so until I got them re done . I’m assuming because the nail police was old. Never again! & she charged $110.00 for French for a terrible job . Don’t waste your time or money at this place. They take forever and you will regret it!

I decided to take off my hard gels. I sat over an hour and a half and the lady couldn’t take them off completely. I was charged $22 i had to leave because I ran out of time. I’m going back to where I orginally did them. The process to take off hard gel, this salon does it completely different than others. And I wanted her to do a manicure after but that didn’t happen.

Been doing my nails in various places for decades. I was a regular at this nail salon until the owner said I had to pay for a massage I did not have. I paid just to quell it and she did it again the next time I went back. I have NEVER had a massage in any nail salon ever. I now get my nails done elsewhere.

A few years back my friend recommended this salon to me and I thought I’d try it out. I came in one day for a full set and Lisa (the owner) did my nails but she felt the need to verbally express to me that I had ugly fingers. I don’t know why she said that but it has stuck with me for a very long time. A friend of mine that had also gotten her nails done by Lisa once before, told me that she’s not very friendly to women of color so maybe that was the reason for her hurtful comment to me.

Unfortunately I went to the first lady, and she messed my nails up, she didn't do what I asked. I had to come back and get it done again within an hour with the owner (Lisa), even she didn't do a great job, and made me pay an extra $30. She (Lisa) had to re shape and re cut my cuticle, so she knew her worker did not do a good job, yet she directed me to her. 4 days later my nail broke. What a waste of money.
